Her mother Laura is a dance teacher and helped Lily pursue her passion since she was a toddler. When they moved to Las Vegas 4 years ago where she joined the Prodigy Dance Crew to continue her growth as a dancer. Being in Vegas and in close proximity to LA has provided Lily so many wonderful opportunities like performing in a music video for Blink-182, appearing in the web series “Chicken Girls” by Brat tv, and being part of the full-tilt dance crew for the Las Vegas Aces.
Having recently participated in the new competition show
"Dancing With Myself" she won the episode as Ultimate Pod Star which was so exciting!
About Nick Gray:
Nick's I from Miami, Florida and his entire family is from Kingston Jamaica 🇯🇲  Nick has been dancing for as long as he can remember. He started off dancing by teaching himself from watching music videos and watching his older sisters dances.
When he graduate from high school, he decided to audition from a job at Walt Disney and landed the role as a equity dancer in Orlando Florida.
Nick did all of the top shows on property like Festival of the Lion King, Kids of the Kingdom, Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage to name a few.
He started working at the Parliament House in Orlando as a Male Footlight Player dancing behind the drag queens in nightly cabaret shows and bartend at the club. Nick then went on to win MR. Continental 2011 on his first try in the competition.
He did a solo dance lyrical routine for his talent which impressed the audience. He kept dancing even through illness when Nick was diagnosed diabetic in 2020 at the start of the pandemic.
That is what got him back to the gym to work on his health.
He was offered the opportunity of a lifetime to be apart of the fist season of “Dancing With Myself”!
Nick feels that he has been blessed in his life and looking at brand new horizons. Nick loves his current job as a senior sales manager at the Venetian in Las Vegas!
Nick's first love, will always be dance 🕺🏿!

My Very Special Guest Today is Debbie Wileman - Her debut Album is "I'm Still Here" featuring many of Judy’s classics as well as other contemporary hits that she believes Judy would be singing today.
The album was orchestrated, conducted and produced by Steve Orich, orchestrator of the Grammy Award Winning album, Jersey Boys.
This is a story for all of you artists out there who have a dream, but are overwhelmed by the seemingly massive obstacles to overcome to reach those dreams
Debbie Wileman rose to fame during the pandemic when all the
creatives - got creative!
Debbie used her instrument (her voice) as an outlet and created ‘a song a day’ which simply were videos of her dressed in character and singing.
The videos were posted on her personal Facebook page and were only intended to uplift and inspire her friends in the height of the pandemic (at the time it was 300 some odd friends)
Now she nearing max capacity on a personal page!
Anywho, back then, she pledged to post 'a song a day' - That went on for 100 consecutive days.
Among these videos were her spot on Judy Garland impersonations (in addition to Dusty Springfield, Patsy Cline, Liza Minnelli, Shirley Bassey, Adele, Lady Gaga and many other luminaries).
Her song a day videos went viral and garnered over 1 million hits in no time.
The videos also caught the attention of Steve Orich, the Grammy Award winning orchestrator (Jersey Boys) and manager / promoter/ producer, Scott Stander.
The two of them have produced Debbie’s debut album, "I’m Still Here”, a Judy Garland celebratory album featuring her songs and songs that they felt Judy would sing today.

Now that a Grammy Award winning orchestrator and manager went knocking on her door, she has an album and just finished a US tour.

LA Giltinis Adam Ashe is in The Sports Lounge with Big Lou!
Adam Ashe was born in Scotland and has been a mainstay of Scottish rugby for much of the past decade.
The no. 8 attended Alva Academy and it was with Ayr in the Scottish Premiership where he found his first senior opportunity.
His potential was quickly noticed by Glasgow and he was signed as a development player with the Warriors in 2011. He debuted for Glasgow in 2012 and also found international opportunities with the Scotland 7s during the 2011-12 series as a teenager. A year later, he was picked for the Scotland U20s, picked in all the team’s Six Nations matches and a further five World Rugby U20s matches.
Ashe was recognised as one of Scotland’s top prospects when he was awarded the John McPhail Scholarship in 2014 and given the chance to train in New Zealand with Canterbury for 15 weeks. However, midway through that period, he was given the opportunity to join Vern Cotter’s Scotland Test side. He debuted against South Africa in that year’s June Series, starting at no. 8 and playing the full match. Ashe has won six Test caps overall, most recently against Italy in 2015.
Injuries have at times hampered Ashe’s progress but he had featured in 34 matches for the Warriors before departing at the end of the interrupted 19-20 Pro14 season. Ashe showed his class for the Giltinis in 2021 with his all-round skills as a powerful runner, linkman and lineout option before a ruptured bicep ended his season early. A frontline asset for 2022 when fit.

CJ Vanston is a film composer, record producer, songwriter, keyboardist.
CJ is the musical partner to Jeff "Skunk" Baxter and co-producer and co-writer on the album "Speed of Heat," Skunk's New & FIRST solo album, with a slew of big musical artist icons!
"Speed of Heat" will be released June 17, 2022 by BMG/Renewal Records.
CJ, who did the music for the Christopher Guest movies (Waiting for Guffman, Best in Show, A Mighty Wind,) is also known as keyboardist (including touring with Spinal Tap) He has worked on/with Prince, 'NSync, Barbra Streisand, Ringo Starr, Jaguares, Celine Dion, Bob Seger, Richard Marx, Tina Turner, Alexz Johnson, Joe Cocker, Peter Cetera, Anna Vissi, Yellowcard, Spinal Tap, Harry Shearer, Steve Lukather, Dennis DeYoung, Toto.

With her new album “Because You Loved Me" she once again accepts a challenge; this time with reimagined beautifully insightful new arrangements in a jazz style of the music of Quebec's superstar Celine Dion.

Ranee Lee’s impressive discography is filled with masterworks.

In 1994 and again in1995, she received the Top Canadian Female Jazz Vocalist Award presented by Jazz Report magazine.
Her album “I Thought About You” was the first nominated recording for a Juno Award in the Best Mainstream Jazz category in 1995.
In March 2003 Ranee received a JUNO nomination for “Maple Groove: Songs From The Great Canadian Songbook,” featuring selections from some of Canada’s greatest songwriters. 
One of Canada's premiere jazz vocalists, indeed.

My Special Guest is Guitar Virtuoso Nate Najar
It’s been a couple of years since Nate Najar has joined us with his guitar.
That was when he brought us his beautiful album, “Under Paris Skys.” This is true, I probably listen to this album a couple times a week with my morning coffee, or when I need to bring down the stress level in my office, I play Under Paris Skys. The music has this calming “take me away” quality, it takes me to Paris outside the train station at a French cafe, the kind of cafe with a person shucking oysters outside for passers by. With my friends, preparing to board a train to Venice.
Having a glass of red wine before boarding, and buying a couple extra bottles tucked into paper bags for the overnight journey. It takes me to Firenze, sitting eating cheese, salami and baguettes, watching the setting sun sparkle off of the roof of the Duomo.
So I have been looking forward to a new album by Nate Najar, and now my wait is over. So is yours.
