My special guest today is Chef Victoire Gouloubi from Top Chef World All-Stars, Season 20 - - - in London!
She was born and raised in the Republic of the Congo.
Victoire Gouloubi left her war-torn country to travel to Italy and study law.
It was there that she discovered her passion for food and shifted her focus to cooking.
She has cooked her way through notable restaurants from Italy to France.
And in 2021, she was named one of the 100 most influential women in Italy by F magazine. She was a runner-up on the second season of “Top Chef Italy.
She currently resides in Milan as a private chef.

Throughout high school, she realized she wanted to pursue music more seriously. With her father and stepmother’s support, she decided to move in with her aunt in Sacramento. The transition to a big city was very intimidating at first, but she now feels more comfortable.

Cameron Walker | Author of The Pie Tin

My Special Guest Today is Cameron Walker. She reads her short story "The Pie Tin."
Cameron Walker is a writer. She’s based on California's Central Coast.
She works on features and essays (and a little fiction on the side), with a focus on science, nature, and curiosities in and around the Pacific.
Cameron's work has won awards from the American Society of Journalists & Authors and from the American Institute of Physics.
In 2019, she won the Tamaqua Award from Hidden River Arts Press for her essay collection, Points of Light. 
Cameron is a part of Scilance, a group of science writers who have been writing together since 2005. The members even wrote a book together: “The Science Writer's Handbook.”
Cameron also writes regularly for the science blog
“The Last Word On Nothing."

My special guest today is Smitt E. Smitty. He and his bandmates are Smitt E. Smitty & The Fezztones.
Smitty was born and raised in Detroit. He moved to Boston in 1985. And played in many great Detroit bands including The Blind, Zero Ambience, L-Seven, and Figures on a Beach. After moving to Boston, Figures on a Beach got signed to Sire/Warner Records and released music until the early ‘90s. FOAB later disbanded in 1991.
Smitty then joined the Wax Trax label playing drums in Chainsuck, with lead singer-songwriter Marydee Reynolds, until 1999. Next, he played in Fireking until 2017. He also began playing drums in Little Billy Lost, a Boston power pop-rock quartet, during that productive time.
Now, he’s Smitt E. Smitty & The Fezztones.
